Gill’s name is well-known and respected by teachers looking for quality literacy materials.
She’s acted as Series Editor for programmes including Literacy World. In her roles as Series Editor, Gill has been involved in creating and developing the product, commissioning authors and editing initial manuscripts.
She’s also acted as English Advisor for Collins and Nelson Thornes and Series Consultant for publishers including Scholastic, Hodder & Stoughton, Franklin Watts and Evans. In these roles, her focus has been more on literacy content, use of language and maintaining an appropriate reading level.
