Pirates Ahoy!

The stories, poems and non-fiction in i-read KS1 have been written to develop children's reading skills by building word, sentence and text-level work onto their enjoyment of a high-quality text.

The i-read anthologies can be used alongside the CD-ROM for guided reading or independent practice. Short texts by well known authors are enriched by colourful pictures making these anthologies ideal for Key Stage 1 children. Questions on the inside back cover help for TAs and parents support their children to read.

Pirates Ahoy! contains a non-chronological report and some poems.
