Gill is Series Editor for Rigby Dimensions, published in May 2005. It’s an innovative Key Stage 2 resource with literacy at its core. It offers a thematic approach so it meets the needs of teachers following a thematic curriculum.
Dimensions contains six themed units per year, each making a key link to either science, geography or history and secondary links to ICT, D&T, music, PSHE and art. An innovative, interactive CD offers experiences, stimulus material and shared writing starters. The pupils’ anthologies contain many original short stories and exemplar material. The Rigby Dimensions CD-ROM was shortlisted for the 2006 English Key Stages 1 and 2 BETT Award.
