Gill is Series Editor for Rigby Dimensions, published in May 2005. It’s an innovative Key Stage 2 resource with literacy at its core. It offers a thematic approach so it meets the needs of teachers following a thematic curriculum.

Dimensions contains six themed units per year, each making a key link to either science, geography or history and secondary links to ICT, D&T, music, PSHE and art. An innovative, interactive CD offers experiences, stimulus material and shared writing starters. The pupils’ anthologies contain many original short stories and exemplar material.

Although only recently published, Dimensions is already creating a considerable amount of interest with Literacy Advisers and in trialling schools.
